TradeZone Addicted to Fishing is New Zealands premiere fishing lifestyle show for people of all walks of life - hosted by Nicky Sinden.
With their feet firmly pressed on the rocks Nicky is testing out the land based fishing in the Bay of Plenty with Tania, resident on Motiti Island.
Nicky is being trained up this week by one of the men who lead the way for soft plastics fishing in New Zealand Mark Kitterage.
This week Nicky showcases a fishing legend in his own right Geoff Stone. Geoff is responsible for numerous Club, New Zealand, and even World Records for marlin, broadbill, swordfish, shark, tuna, kingfish, snapper and sea bass. This week sees Nicky travel to the stunning Tutukaka Coast. She is fishing with father and son locals, Keith & Rusty Briars. They jig up some stubborn Kingfish and then try their luck for Snapper and Kawhai in the shallows.
Nicky catches up with the man behind Epic Adventures in Tairua, Mr Carl Muir. Carl shares his knowledge of live baiting for Kingfish and the two of them spend some quality time with the gunnel of the boat.
Arron Sargent from Coastal Fishing Charters is our fishing legend this week and he takes Nicky out to the Ranfurly Banks off the East Cape, in search of some deep water Hapuky, Bass and Kingfish.
Venturing out to the stunning Mokohinau Islands, Nicky catches up with fishing guru Mr Tony Wong-Kam. The duo team up and target trevally, kawhai, kingfish and the almighty snapper.
